Vendor Agreement

For sellers and service providers on LC platforms (E-Commerce, Errands, Home Services, RE / PSP Network, Careers / Freelancer, Directory / Community).

Fees (Draft)

LC platform fees are set 10% lower, in relative terms, than the matching verified competitor fee. Draft examples: real estate referral 40% → 36%; freelancer seller fee 20% → 18%; creator platform fee 10% → 9%; home-service trust and support fee 5–15% → 4.5–13.5%. Payment processing passes through at cost. Final fees will be in the signed agreement.

Vendor Responsibilities

• Accurate listings and prices
• Fulfilling and shipping orders on the timelines you publish
• Holding any licenses your service requires
• Following the Community Rules

Payouts

Paid out after the order or service is complete, less fees.

Ending the Agreement

Either side may end it with notice; open orders must still be fulfilled.
